2. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website on which they are published (the "Website"). By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website. Contractual relationships for development services are concluded separately in writing; in the event of any conflict, the individual contract prevails over these Terms.

3. Nature of the content

The Website presents the services of Code Flow: design and development of websites, web applications, mobile applications and database solutions. All content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Slovenian Code of Obligations (OZ). Offers, specifications, prices and deadlines are agreed individually and confirmed in writing. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any prices communicated are exclusive of VAT.

4. References and demonstration projects

The "Work" section contains our own products (including VoiceInbox, Cullbox and Scanbox, which are products of Code Flow) as well as concept and demonstration projects created to illustrate our capabilities. Fictional brand names used in demonstration projects (such as Volt, Atelje Mora, Forma, Vista and Aroma) do not represent existing companies; any similarity to actual undertakings is unintentional. Demonstration projects are labelled as such where they are presented in full.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — text, graphic design, animations, photographs, video, logos and source code — is protected under the Slovenian Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP) and other regulations. It may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or modified without our prior written consent, except for private, non-commercial viewing and citations permitted by law. Trade names and marks of third parties (e.g. App Store, Google Play) are the property of their respective owners.

The Website contains links to third-party websites and services (for example voiceinbox.app and the Apple App Store). We have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Availability and warranty disclaimer

We strive to keep the information on the Website accurate and the Website available, but we do not warrant that the Website will operate without interruptions or errors. We may change, restrict or discontinue the Website or any of its parts at any time. Nothing in this section limits rights that mandatory law grants to consumers.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Code Flow shall not be liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under Slovenian law, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

The processing of personal data in connection with the Website is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

10. Consumer information and dispute resolution

In accordance with the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), we declare that we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for disputes arising from these Terms. Consumers residing in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Complaints may be addressed to info@code-flow.app; we will confirm receipt within five working days and respond as soon as possible.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved amicably wherever possible; failing that, the court with territorial jurisdiction for Šentjur shall have jurisdiction. For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction of the court of their residence remains unaffected.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of use, with the date of the last update indicated at the top. Substantive changes do not affect contracts concluded before their entry into force.

13. Validity

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms enter into force on the date of publication.
