We collect every version floating around the company, bring them to a common denominator, resolve the conflicts, and migrate the result into one database on your server. From that day, everyone works on the same data through the web application — producing anomalies through parallel copies becomes impossible.

"Inox", "stainless", "INOX steel" — the same material, three ways, three bugs. We define the allowed terms together with you and lock them into dropdowns and validation rules, so every author necessarily uses the same vocabulary. Filters, search and statistics suddenly work.

Every attribute gets a label, and every label gets its translations — once. From then on the same product record can print itself in Slovenian, English, German or any language you add: for the website, for price lists, for catalogs. Add a language, and the entire database already speaks it.

"Chair, oak, 45×45×90, natural oil, 12 kg" — one cell, five facts. We break such fields into separate columns (material, dimensions, finish, weight …), so each fact can be filtered, sorted, translated and exported on its own.

Tailored exports from the whole database: filtered Excel tables per market or product line, price lists in your exact layout, and structured files that flow straight into InDesign for catalog production — the catalog pulls live data instead of copy-paste.
