What an app like this actually demands

On the device:

Native iOS app with real-time audio capture and live waveform rendering
Streaming speech-to-text and voice refinement, all running on-device — drafts rewritten, translated or re-toned (friendly / formal) in 99+ languages
Privacy by design: voice processing stays on the iPhone, so the content of your dictation never leaves the device
A full mail composer — recipients, Cc/Bcc, subject, rich text, undo/redo — plus one-tap copy into iMessage, WhatsApp or Slack

Behind the scenes:

Encrypted connections to mail providers: OAuth 2.0 sign-in and IMAP/SMTP for Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and standard accounts
A sync engine that keeps inboxes, drafts and read-state consistent across accounts, with background fetch and push notifications
Token refresh, retry queues and offline handling — email must never be lost between "send" and "sent"

THE PART NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT

Store approval, handled.

An app that isn't in the stores doesn't exist. Both stores review every submission — and both can reject it. We've been through the process and prepare everything so review passes the first time whenever possible:

Apple approval

Developer account setup, certificates and provisioning, privacy "nutrition labels", permission texts for microphone or camera that reviewers accept, TestFlight beta testing with real users, responses to review feedback, and staged releases once approved.

GOOGLE PLAY

Google approval

Play Console setup, app signing, the data-safety questionnaire, targeting the API levels Google requires each year, internal and closed testing tracks, and a staged percentage rollout so an issue never reaches all users at once.

Thousands of shoot photos, sorted in minutes: instant previews, swipe-to-rate gestures, duplicate detection and export of the selection straight to the editing workflow. Heavy image handling, made to feel weightless.

Documents scanned, organized, found

Point the camera and the page finds its own edges: automatic cropping, sharpening, text recognition, searchable PDFs and secure sharing. A scanner in the pocket, with a real document system behind it.
